Yoga & Meditation Master

About Us

Haritha Villas + Spa is a contemporary high-end luxury destination with seven intimate villas and two colonial-style mansions, all featuring private pools and personalized Butler Service, immersed in the greenery of the jungle. We serve a completely international clientele.

Responsibilities

  • Design and conduct a diverse schedule of daily group yoga classes (e.g., Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative) suitable for a luxury clientele.
  • Lead guided meditation and mindfulness sessions in various settings (outdoor, private).
  • Provide expert, one-on-one private yoga and meditation instruction tailored to individual guest goals, injuries, or limitations.
  • Conduct initial consultations with guests to understand their wellness objectives and customize their practice.
  • Create a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment for all guests, regardless of their experience level.
  • Be available for guest questions and provide guidance on wellness practices beyond the mat.
  • Ensure the yoga area and all wellness spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, tranquility, and order.
  • Curate and maintain the inventory of yoga equipment (mats, blocks, straps, bolsters), ensuring it is of premium quality and in excellent condition.
  • Work closely with the Spa Manager and Ayurvedic Doctors to create integrated guest packages.

Candidate Profile

  • Yoga Teacher Training certification is required; additional certifications are a strong asset.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) teaching yoga and meditation in a professional setting, preferably in a luxury hotel or exclusive retreat center.
  • Extensive knowledge of various yoga styles, meditation techniques, anatomy, and pranayama.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a significant advantage.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality.
  • Impeccable presentation, punctuality, discretion, and integrity.
  • Ability to intuitively adjust teaching style and content.
