Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategy, policies, and practices.
- Monitor all operational aspects of Human Resource Management, including recruitment, evaluation, and retention.
- Identify training and development needs, and design and execute plans to fulfill the gaps.
- Facilitate the group in creating HRIS.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and employee satisfaction.
- Handle payroll, grievances, and health and safety.
- Maintain employee files and records.
- Drive performance management and talent development initiatives for the Group.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or Full/Part Qualification from a recognized professional institute.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar capacity.
- Age between 25 to 50 years.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and exceptional team player.
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with country-specific laws and industry practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership qualities.
