Centre Manager - Kandy Regional Centre

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the strategic and operational lead of the regional centre.
- Deliver exceptional service to learners, faculty, and stakeholders.
- Drive growth by meeting student intake and business development targets.
- Lead branch operations efficiently across logistics, student and faculty management, and administrative processes.
- Champion the CIPM brand through career guidance, outreach, and awareness initiatives.
- Build strong networks with schools, universities, and private/public sector organizations.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree or full professional qualification in Business Management, HR, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity (education sector experience is an advantage).
- Proven leadership, operational, and customer service skills.
- Tech-savvy and proficient in MS Office & digital platforms.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); Sinhala proficiency is a plus.
- A flexible, hands-on attitude with availability on weekends.

Salary:
Remuneration for the above position is negotiated and will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
