Responsibilities
- Assist in HR functions including recruitment and onboarding.
- Manage administrative tasks and maintain employee records.
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Coordinate communication between management and staff.
- Help organize training and development programs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Previous work in the restaurant/hospitality industry is preferred.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Passion for excellence and a customer-first attitude.
- Fluency in Tamil is required; knowledge of Sinhala and English is an added advantage.
