HR Intern
We are seeking a self-motivated, energetic, and vibrant individual with the perfect blend of core competencies to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Assist with HR administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and maintaining employee records and files.
- Coordinate and participate in company events.
- Assist in HR T&D Process and employee engagement activities.
- Create and maintain HRIS accounts up to date.
Key Requirements:
- Undergraduate (Final year) or new graduate pursuing a bachelor's in business management, business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Willingness and ability to take initiative and learn independently.
