HR Intern

We are seeking a self-motivated, energetic, and vibrant individual with the perfect blend of core competencies to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities.
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and maintaining employee records and files.
  • Coordinate and participate in company events.
  • Assist in HR T&D Process and employee engagement activities.
  • Create and maintain HRIS accounts up to date.

Key Requirements:

  • Undergraduate (Final year) or new graduate pursuing a bachelor's in business management, business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Willingness and ability to take initiative and learn independently.
