Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver lectures and conduct practical demonstrations and lead discussions.
- Design and update syllabus, lesson plans, and assignments; maintain record keeping.
- Stay updated on Patisserie and Bakery industry trends and developments.
- Assist in teaching and demonstrating patisserie techniques while providing guidance to students.
- Assess student performance and keep abreast of industry trends.
- Help with administrative tasks, manage kitchen resources, and foster a positive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Pastry and Bakery from a recognized institute.
- Successfully completed NVQ Level 4 in Pastry and Bakery.
- Strong communication and teaching skills are essential.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the related field.
