Responsibilities
- Lead and manage assurance engagements from planning to completion.
- Review financial statements and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CA, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in assurance or auditing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
