Key Responsibilities
Night Auditor
- Process invoices and prepare checkout bills.
- Monitor and check accounting ledger.
- Audit financial statement accounts such as receivables and revenues.
- Track room availability and occupancy.
- Prepare daily reports and summary cash balances.
Income Auditor
- Audit daily revenue reports and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor compliance with established accounting and operational policies.
- Identify discrepancies or variances and report findings with supporting analysis.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and reporting.
- Work collaboratively with operational and finance teams to improve internal controls.
- Maintain proper records and documentation for audit purposes.
Candidate Profile
- Partially qualified in ACCA, CIMA, or CA.
- Night Auditor: 1-2 years of experience in Internal or External Auditing.
- Income Auditor: At least 3 years of experience in Internal or External Auditing.
- Previous experience in the hotel industry is a must for Income Auditor.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
- Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and a strong team player.
