Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand.
- Monitor production processes and ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline operations.
- Analyze production data and generate reports for management review.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in production planning or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and production planning software.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
