Responsibilities
Project Manager
- Manage large-scale civil projects from inception to completion.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, forecasting, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and building regulations.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and project coordination skills.
- Utilize project management tools effectively.
Technical Officer
- Provide technical support in civil construction and site supervision.
- Review and understand construction drawings, materials, and quality control standards.
- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and technical teams on projects.
- Utilize AutoCAD, MS Office, and other civil engineering tools/software.
- Adhere to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices.
Requirements
Project Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in project management within the civil engineering or construction industry.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale civil projects.
Technical Officer
- NDT / HNDE or an equivalent qualification in a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in civil construction and site supervision.
- Strong understanding of construction standards and materials.
