About This Role
As the Receptionist at Swisstek, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and partners, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere that reflects our brand values. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills to manage front desk operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and stakeholders in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring they are directed appropriately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Support administrative functions, including handling correspondence, filing, and basic documentation.
- Assist with courier handling, visitor logs, and access control.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient office operations.
- Provide general support to the management team and other departments as required.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Prior experience in front desk, customer service, or administrative roles will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil proficiency is an added advantage).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
