Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities
- Sales Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and approach potential customers through networking, referrals, cold calling, and visits.
- Product Presentation & Demonstration: Coordinate with the team to present and explain our software solutions to potential clients, conducting in-person or online demonstrations tailored to their needs.
- Negotiation & Closing: Work with the team to prepare proposals/quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Reporting & Coordination: Submit weekly sales activity reports.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed agreed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Management is essential.
- Previous experience in the IT industry will be an added advantage.
- Full or Part qualifications in SLIM/CIM would be an added advantage.
- The ability to multi-task and progress several projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence all levels.
- Young and energetic with a good, pleasing personality.
